Neesham is currently part of the Mumbai Indians (MI) franchise for the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. But it's not easy for him to get into the playing eleven into the MI side which has a strong bench strength.

The all-rounder shared a picture on Instagram in which he is lying on the surfboard. He wrote about his IPL journey so far in the caption, which reads, "IPL 2021 so far: Either carrying water or sitting on it".

MI have currently won and lost 1 match each after playing two games. They started the tournament with a loss against Royal Challengers Bangalore but defeated Kolkata Knight Riders in their second match.
