Former England skipper Michael Vaughan was all praises about fellow Englishman Sam Curran who batted brilliantly in the death overs and took Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to 188/7 against Delhi Capitals (DC) on Saturday (10 April).
Vaughan who “loved” watching the left-hand batsman hitting DC bowlers all over the park in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL 2021) took to Twitter to praise him.

It was an amazing batting performance from the three-time champions as they recovered from being 7/2 and went on to set a target of 189 runs for the finalists from last year, thanks to wonderful batting by Suresh Raina.
“Good feeling to come back and score runs for CSK. We had a good partnership and I was just trying to be positive out there. God has been really kind. Been preparing really well. Training is a lot about your mindset and it’s about how you execute it,” Raina told the broadcasters after the first innings.
After DC, MS Dhoni-led CSK will take on Punjab Kings (PBKS) on 16 April, whereas Rishabh Pant’s DC will face Rajasthan Royals (RR) on 15 April with both matches to be played at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
