IPL 2021: Shakib Al Hasan names Ravindra Jadeja as one of his favorite current cricketers

Shakib was bought by KKR for INR 3.20 crores for IPL 2021.

Bangladesh’s star all-rounder, Shakib-Al-Hasan who is back to playing cricket after serving his two-year ban for breaching the ICC anti-corruption code, recently revealed his three favorite cricketers from the current set of players.

The left-hander picked the English all-rounder Ben Stokes and the Indian left-hander Ravindra Jadeja along with the New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson during a Facebook Live with Daraz.

The 34-year-old is currently getting ready for the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League and the veteran will be playing for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) after being bought in the auction at a price of INR 3.20 crores.

Shakib will be going face-to-face against his favorite players in this year’s IPL as Stokes and Williamson play for Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) respectively whereas Jadeja is with the MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

The 14th edition of the Indian Premier League will be getting underway from Friday (9 April) as the defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) will be taking on Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers of Bangalore (RCB) at Chennai.
