Suresh Raina has joined the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) camp ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. CSK posted a picture of Raina on their official Twitter account.

"Vandhutennu Sollu! From namma Chinna Thala! #WhistlePodu #Yellove ????????", wrote Super Kings on Twitter while sharing the picture. 

CSK captain MS Dhoni had revealed in 'Roar of the Lion', a docudrama based on the franchise's return after two-year-suspension, that they have a tagline in Tamil, 'Thirumbi vandhutenu sollu', which roughly translates to 'tell them we are back'.

Raina reacted to the post and dropped a yellow heart on the picture with the hashtag 'WhistlePodu'. Fans were also excited to see him back in the squad after missing out last season.

The franchise has already shifted its training base from Chennai to Mumbai ahead of the season. Chennai Super Kings will play their first match of the IPL 2021 against Delhi Capitals on April 10, a day after IPL starts, in Mumbai.
