IPL 2021: One player each franchise must target in upcoming IPL auction

Marnus Labuschagne recently helped the Brisbane Heats seal a playoff spot in BBL and also became the first player in BBL history to score 40+ runs and take 3+ wickets in the same game, but failed to make an impact in the challenger as Perth Scorchers defeated Brisbane Heat and will play Sydney Sixers in the final on Saturday.

However, at post-match interview in BBL Labuschagne was asked a question which read “Are you willing to register in this year's Indian Premier League auction?” replying to which the 26-year-old Brisbane Heat batsman said that IPL is a great competition and he would love to be a part of it

“I think so, I think so [will be registering for the IPL]. That will obviously be released really soonish anyway. You throw your name in the hat and see what happens. You know, like I’ve said that the IPL is a great competition. Personally, I would love to be part of it but, let’s see what happens,” Marnus Labuschagne said at a post-match interview of the BBL.
