KXIP will hope all-rounder Glenn Maxwell too will come good and then in the bowling, inform Mohammad Shami, Chris Jordan and Arshdeep Singh need to do the job with their pace as the spinners Ravi Bishnoi and Murugan Ashwin are doing well.

On the other hand, Rajasthan Royals have 10 points from 12 matches and are sitting at seventh position and they too need to win this match to stay in the race of play-offs. In the last match they beat Mumbai Indians so they have the momentum with them.
