Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) speedster Sheldon Cottrell responded to a little girl's video in which she imitated his famous salute celebration. He was delighted to watch the video and said it light up his day.
Cottrell is loved for his celebration and even before the IPL 2020, he received a lot of videos from India in which kids showed love towards him by copying his salute.
Responding to the video posted by the kid's father, the cricketer wrote, "Sorry Jiya I couldn't find this tweet earlier. Just wanted to say you light up my day."

The 31-year-old also offered to help the family if they need any support. He recalled the chat he had six months ago when the pandemic had affected their business.
"6 months ago you told me about the situation of your family working in Chennai in the wedding industry with no weddings. Forget cricket for a minute. I pray things are improving and if not - what can we do to support? #India #salute #Chennai", he tweeted.
Cottrell, who was bought at the price of INR 8.5 crore by KXIP, has played six matches this season. He picked up six wickets with an average of 29.33.
