Chennai Super Kings (CSK) has been knocked out of the IPL 2020 tournament. This is the first instance when CSK hasn't qualified for the playoffs in all 11 IPL seasons they have participated in.
CSK skipper MS Dhoni's wife Sakshi Dhoni shared a heartfelt poem for the fans who are disappointed with the outcome. She reminded fans that it's just a game and the highs and lows are just a part of the journey.

"It's just a game.. you win some you lose some!! Years gone by are witness to many enthralling victories and a few agonizing defeats!", she wrote.
Chennai Super Kings are currently at number eighth position with just four wins in eleven matches. Sakshi wrote that the Super Kings will always be in the fans' hearts and minds irrespective of the results.
"You were winners then, you are winners now! True warriors are born to fight as they will always be Super Kings in our hearts and in our minds!!", the last few lines of her poem read.
CSK is three times IPL champions, and they have played eight finals, which is still a record for any franchise. In terms of trophies, only Mumbai Indians are ahead of them. But a streak of 10-consecutive playoffs is a tough record to break for other franchises.
