Ferguson picked 3/15 in the match and two wickets in the super over.

David Warner became the fourth batsman and first foreigner to reach 5,000 runs in IPL | BCCI/IPLThe 35th match of the ongoing IPL 2020 saw Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) taking on Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Abu Dhabi. SRH skipper Warner won the toss and decided to field first.

It was a team effort from KKR as they made 163/5 in 20 overs. Gill (36), Morgan (34), Karthik (29) and Rana (29) made the bulk of scores. T Natarajan picked 2/40 in his 4 overs.

The chase proved to be a tricky one as Kane Williamson came to open the batting due to an injury, but made 29 in 19 balls. Jonny Bairstow made 36 with 7 fours to his name. However, Lockie Ferguson (3/15) removed the more dangerous Priyam Garg and Manish Pandey to hurt their chase.

But Warner stood tall and with help of Abdul Samad (23 in 15 balls) tried to keep the chase to an achievable one. During his knock, Warner also became the first foreigner and fourth overall batsman and the fastest ever (135 innings) to reach the 5,000-run mark in the IPL.
