Rajasthan Royals (RR) all-rounder Rahul Tewatia and mentor Shane Warne had a one-on-one face-off during the training session. Tewatia is having a memorable IPL 2020 and he has been all over social media for his heroic performances.
There was no better battle for RR fans than Tewatia v Warne to witness and they got to watch the challenge on Twitter. Both the players had to pitch the ball at the marked area on the track. They kept a ball on the pitch and both the leggies tried to aim at it with usual bowling run-up and action.
Tewatia started the challenge on a high and pitched the ball at the marked area on the first attempt, however, he couldn't do it again. He was very close to the last delivery, but it wasn't given in his favor.

On the other hand, Warne couldn't pitch the ball in the mark for once and lost the challenge. But Tewatia revealed the RR mentor and ex-Australia cricketer was bowling after two years so it wasn't easy for him.
“It was good fun, that bowling competition, to hit the ball and hit the length. It felt great after winning. Really enjoyed competing against the legend. He was bowling after two years, and yet his deliveries were almost on the target. I learned a lot,” said Tewatia after the win.
Warne congratulated Tewatia after the challenge and said, “I have to say congratulations to Rahul Tewatia. Too good, he hit it on the target."
