IPL 2020: WATCH- Riyan Parag does Bihu dance after hitting match-winning six against SRH

Riyan Parag celebrated the win with traditional Assamese Bihu dance | TwitterYoungsters are surely making a name for themselves in the ongoing IPL 2020 as the 26th match of the tournament between Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), saw RR’s youth brigade handing them a crucial 5-wicket win in a tight chase.

Manish Pandey’s half-century and supporting knocks from Warner and Williamson took SRH to 158/4, which was a decent enough total to defend on the big Dubai ground. RR’s start to the chase didn’t go well as Buttler, Stokes, and Smith all went back to the pavilion with the scoreboard reading 26 runs in 4 overs.

Though Samson (26) and Uthappa (18) tried to snatch the initiative, it was the young combination of Rahul Tewatia and Riyan Parag, who did the dirty work in the end and took the team to an emphatic victory. The duo added 85* runs for the 6th wicket, with Tewatia making 45* and Parag making 42*.

Parag hit Khaleel for a six off the penultimate ball of the last over to win the match for RR and celebrated it in style. Parag, who hails from Assam state, did the traditional Bihu dance, as Rajasthan Royals pocketed two important points.
