Jharkhand Government has tightened security at former India captain MS Dhoni's farmhouse in Ranchi after rape threats to daughter Ziva. Chennai Super Kings (CSK) aren't performing well this season and they have lost five out of seven matches.

Internet users had posted sick comments on Dhoni's Instagram post which were targetted to his family members. Several screenshots were doing rounds after CSK lost to Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in a close encounter.

Dhoni's family stays at their farmhouse in Ring Road on the outskirts of Ranchi. Back in 2007, when India was eliminated from World Cup 2007, his under-construction house at Harmu was vandalized.

Privacy is a major reason why Dhoni moved from his house in the middle of the city to a farmhouse in the outskirts.

Currently, CSK are in a very tough situation to make it to the playoffs. They have seven more matches to improve their game and to ensure a place in the top four, the Dhoni-led side would need to win at least six out of seven matches.

Their recent defeat came against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Saturday by 37 runs. Dhoni failed to finish another match this season as he could only score 10 runs off six deliveries.

In the seven matches, Dhoni has scored 112 runs with an average of 37.33 runs and a strike-rate of 131.76.
