Delhi Capitals (DC) pacer Kagiso Rabada is currently the leading wicket-taker in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. He bagged 4 wickets against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and currently has 12 wickets in just five matches.
After DC's fourth win in the tournament, R Ashwin interviewed his teammate Rabada. He asked him questions around his bowling and also felt the management should make a separate Purple Cap for him instead of IPL.
Ashwin joked that the way Rabada is bowling, others probably won't get a chance to have the prestigious cap in the tournament.
Mumbai Indians (MI) pacer Jasprit Bumrah is at the second spot with 11 wickets in six matches. The other two MI speedsters, Trent Boult (10) and James Pattinson (9) are just behind Bumrah.
Further into the chat, Ashwin asked Rabada to divide his bowling into three segments, skill, thought process, and tactics. He gave his strength the maximum percentage and said it's important to back one's strength to succeed.
