Chennai Super Kings (CSK) failed to chase a target for the fourth time in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 and their recent loss came against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). CSK's middle order hasn't been at their best this season and both the wins came after a major contribution from the top order.
Against KKR, it was the baffling batting of Kedar Jadhav which led to an outburst of CSK fans on Twitter. He scored only 7* off 12 deliveries while coming out to bat in the last four overs. They fell 10 runs short of the victory and lost two valuable points.
Kedar played dots in the first five balls and Twitter couldn't keep calm after such effort. It was Ravindra Jadeja who scored 21* off 8 deliveries and brought them close to the target, but it wasn't enough.

Bowling first, CSK managed to bowl out KKR on just 167 runs which wasn't a tough ask to chase. Considering the start Super Kings got, the fans couldn't digest the defeat.
