IPL 2020: ‘Too exciting for a pregnant lady’, Anushka Sharma elated as Kohli-led RCB beat MI in Super-Over

RCB edged past MI in the one-over eliminator after both the teams scored 201 in 20 overs.

RCB won the Super-Over against MI | IANSBollywood diva and India skipper Virat Kohli’s wife, Anushka Sharma, was over the moon as Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) registered their second win in the ongoing IPL by defeating Mumbai Indians (MI) in the Super-Over at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Monday (September 28).

Both the teams scored 201 in their stipulated 20 overs before RCB edged past MI in the one-over eliminator. Navdeep Saini conceded 7 runs and got rid of Kieron Pollard in the Super-Over while AB de Villiers and Kohli helped RCB to knock off the runs against Jasprit Bumrah.

After the nail-biting match, Anushka uploaded a story on Instagram to rejoice the victory of Virat-led RCB side. She shared a few glimpses of the RCB players including Kohli celebrating their win.

The actress also penned a note along with it that reads, “Phew! Too exciting a game for a pregnant lady. What a team this one.”

Before the IPL 2020, Kohli and Anushka had announced that they are all set to welcome a new member into their lives in January 2021. The actress has also shared a few pictures of herself on social media, flaunting her baby bump.

Anushka Sharma is currently in Dubai, where Kohli and the rest of the leading cricketers are busy with their IPL fixtures.
