IPL 2020 had another cracker of a game when the defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) locked horns with Virat Kohli's Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). In the high-scoring affair in Dubai, MI's Kieron Pollard and Ishan Kishan ensured that their side fought hard even after being pushed to the wall 35 overs into the game.

RCB batted first and scored 201/3 in their 20 overs with the help of half-centuries from Aaron Finch, Devdutt Padikkal, and the eventual 'Man of the Match', AB de Villiers. The Mumbai Indians found themselves in a spot of bother being 112/4 after 15 overs as they needed to get 90 runs off the last five.

Veteran all-rounder Kieron Pollard scored a 24-ball 60 and supported the young Ishan Kishan, who fell short of his maiden IPL hundred by a run and took them as close to the target as possible. The boundary off the last ball tied the game and the fans witnessed the second super over of IPL 13 in just 10 games.

The Kings XI Punjab KXIP) ended up on the wrong side of such a thriller just 24 hours before this game. KXIP all-rounder Jimmy Neeshan took to social media and expressed his relief of being on his couch rather than being involved in the thriller.
