The much-awaited IPL 2020 begins this Saturday (September 19) with defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) facing Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the tournament opener.
Ahead of the first match, former England skipper Michael Vaughan predicted his IPL champion for the 13th edition.
Taking to Twitter, Vaughan quoted a video in which he can be seen analysing the chances of each IPL team. He eventually picked the Dinesh Karthik-led Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) as winners for this season.

Vaughan pointed out that KKR have a number of quality players in their squad and they have got a fantastic coach in Brendon McCullum, who recently guided Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR) to Caribbean Premier League (CPL) title win.
“The IPL starts today .. @KKRiders to win for me ..” Vaughan tweeted.
Knight Riders will begin their campaign against Mumbai Indians on Wednesday (September 23) at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
