Rishabh Pant clobbering sixes during the net session | Screengrab Delhi Capitals (DC) batsman Rishabh Pant seems to be in complete control of his game as the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) draws closer.

The same was evident in a video posted by the Capitals on Twitter, where Pant can be seen clobbering the spinners out of the park in his usual trademark style during a net session at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

The 22-year-old executed the big shots with so much ease that it didn’t appear that he was away from the game for the past 6 months owing to the Coronavirus-induced break.

BCCI unveiled the IPL 2020 schedule on Sunday (September 6) and it was confirmed that DC will open their campaign against Kings XI Punjab (SRH) at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on September 20.

The 13th edition of IPL will kick-start on September 19. Defending Champions Mumbai Indians (MI) will take on Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the tournament opener in Abu Dhabi.
