Chennai Super Kings (CSK) all-rounder Dwayne Bravo said that the atmosphere of the Chennai based franchise which makes everyone feel like a family. Those who have played for the franchise have always talked about the bonding and comfortable surrounding in the team which eases off extra pressure.

In a video shared by CSK from their Instagram live, Bravo can be seen speaking about the “sense of that family atmosphere” ever since he started playing with them.

“Every player who joins CSK feels the same way,” he said. “You are welcomed here like an extended family. I have played with a lot of teams, but I don’t think we will get another team or another environment like Chennai Super Kings,” he added.

Bravo is a successful captain in Caribbean Premier League. He has led Trinbago Knight Riders, a franchise co-owned by Shah Rukh Khan, to the title thrice. He said creating an environment like CSK helped him there.

“It’s important that you have a management team, the owners, the captains understand you. They understand that you don’t perform every time but they give you that opportunity to bounce back.

“The good thing with CSK is that it allows everyone to be themselves. We all enjoy each other’s success, whoever is performing, we celebrate their performances.”
