Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) may not get to face each other on the field anytime soon because of IPL 2020 being suspended till April 15, but they came one-on-one on Twitter.
The banter started after Star Sports posted a tweet asking which fans to pick a power hitter between David Warner and Chris Gayle.

Kings XI responded to the tweet with their explosive Caribbean batsman Gayle's achievements. "One of them has the most no. of IPL centuries, the highest-ever score in IPL, a strike rate of over 150, the fastest-ever century in IPL history and the most sixes in the competition to his name. ???? I think we know who our pick is! ???? #SaddaPunjab", the reply read.
Seeing Punjab taking a lead, Star Sports asked if Sunrisers have something to say about it? To which, Hyderabad's Twitter account dropped a savage reply with a picture. "3 x Orange Caps ???? 1 x IPL Trophy ???? Need a lift, @lionsdenkxip?", wrote SRH.
