Dale Steyn put on a show with the ball to help Royal Challengers Bangalore register a thrilling 1-run victory over Chennai Super Kings at Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday (April 21).
Defending the total of 161, Steyn wreaked havoc on CSK’s top-order. The Proteas pace legend removed Shane Watson (5) and Suresh Raina (0) in successive deliveries of the very first over. While Watson looked to drive Steyn's outside off delivery and edged it to Marcus Stoinis at first slip, Raina had no clue to South African's yorker as the ball went on between the legs and the bat to disturb the furniture.
Seeing Steyn bowling at full throttle, the entire RCB camp was over the moon. Amidst the crazy celebration from Virat Kohli and company, it was RCB bowling coach Ashish Nehra’s reaction that stole the limelight.
After Raina’s dismissal courtesy Steyn's ferocious yorker, Nehra was left stunned as he gestured with his hand in awe.
