Kings XI Punjab all-rounder Sam Curran turned out to be the trump card for skipper R Ashwin against Delhi Capitals. He turned the tables for the hosts and picked up four wickets.
At one stage, Delhi was looking good enough to hunt down the target within 20 overs. They were 144/3 with the set batsman, Rishabh Pant and Colin Ingram in the middle.
But eventually, the visitors were bundled out on just 152 and lost the match by 14 runs. Curran, who bagged four wickets which included a hat-trick, was seen doing the bhangra with Kings XI Punjab team owner Preity Zinta. Other KXIP stars like David Miller and Mandeep Singh were also spotted shaking a leg.
Here is the clip:
Curran dismissed Harshal Patel, Kagiso Rabada, and Sandeep Lamichhane to claim the hattrick. He got Harshal on the last ball of the 18th over and after returning in 20th over to defend 15 runs, he picked up two back to back wickets of Rabada and Sandeep to seal the deal and also became the youngest bowler to get an IPL hat-trick.
