IPL 2026: WATCH- “Ek Bihari sab pe bhaari.. Khatam game”- Virat Kohli tells Vaibhav Sooryavanshi to go onwards and upwards

Sooryavanshi won Orange Cap and MVP, while Kohli won Player of the Final in IPL 2026.

Virat Kohli and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi | RCB XThe Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have shared a video on social media, finally revealing what conversation went down between Virat Kohli and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi after RCB won the IPL 2026 trophy. RCB defeated the Gujarat Titans (GT) in the final on May 31 in Ahmedabad.

As RCB was celebrating, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi was present in the Ahmedabad ground and was conversing with RCB players. It was then that Virat Kohli approached Sooryavanshi, and after pleasantries, Kohli took Sooryavanshi aside for a talk.

However, none of the clips of Kohli and Sooryavanshi that were making the rounds on social media included audio. Now that the Kohli-Sooryavanshi moment has gone viral, RCB has added sound, showing exactly what was spoken between the two.

In the 43-second video, Kohli is heard telling Sooryavanshi that all of his accomplishments to date have been the result of perseverance and hard work. He then exhorts the adolescent to disregard the surrounding noise and keep striving higher.

Yaha se upar jana hai. Jo huya hai woh achi mehnat aur belief ke wajah se huya. Kaun kya bol raha hai, kaise bol raha hai... Ek Bihari sab pe bhaari. Khatam game (From here, you only go higher. Whatever has happened is because of your hard work and belief. Doesn't matter what people say or how they say it. A Bihari beats them all. End of story),” Kohli said as Sooryavanshi listened to the India legend.

The man who made Indian cricket fearless meets the boy who bats fearless. The best piece of advice the 15-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi could get! And who better than Virat Kohli to help fuel his fire in the right direction. Onwards and upwards, Vaibhav!” RCB captioned the post.

After RCB's game against Rajasthan Royals in Guwahati earlier this season, the former India captain met the wonderkid, autographed his Orange Cap, and left a little note. Sooryavanshi was spotted wearing the Kohli-signed cap with pride each time he recovered the top spot on the run-scorers' list.
