Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) became only the third team after Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Mumbai Indians (MI) to win the IPL twice in consecutive years, after they defeated Gujarat Titans (GT) in the IPL 2026 final on May 31 in Ahmedabad.

Asked to bat first, GT posted 155/8 in 20 overs with Washington Sundar scoring 50*. In response, RCB achieved the target with 5 wickets in hand with Virat Kohli top-scoring with 75*. Virat Kohli’s knock earned him a Player of the Match in the IPL 2026 final.  

Since the victory, several videos and photos have surfaced online, featuring Virat Kohli, Dinesh Karthik, Rajat Patidar, and other RCB members enjoying the celebrations.

Additionally, Kohli posted a video of himself dancing with RCB pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar on his Instagram account. The pair was seen dancing the "Kikli" step in the video, which was taken at the team's win celebration.

For background, the "Kikli" is a well-known Indian folk dance from Punjab in which two individuals spin quickly in a circle while holding each other's hands securely. Fans were ecstatic as the video of Kohli and Bhuvneshwar executing the technique swiftly went viral on social media.
