As the toss for the RCB versus KKR clash in Raipur on Wednesday (May 13) was delayed due to wet outfield, star batter Virat Kohli was spotted practicing bowling during the warm-up session.
In a video shared by the official X handle of IPL, Kohli can be seen rolling his arm over, a rare sight in recent years.
“Beware batters ???? A right-arm (quick) bowler is warming up,” the caption of the post read.
Meanwhile, Virat Kohli will look to make amends with the bat against KKR, having bagged back-to-back ducks in the last two outings against SRH and MI.
Despite two recent ducks, Kohli has scored 379 runs in 11 matches with an impressive strike rate of 163.36 this season, including three half-centuries.
RCB are currently holding second spot in the team standings with 14 points. A win over KKR would almost seal their place in the playoffs.
