Arshdeep Singh had a great take on how Jasprit Bumrah may appear on his Instagram clips, similar to how Virat Kohli did recently. Arshdeep's social media game has been on point in recent months, with Indian players regularly appearing in his humorous post-match films.  

Kohli recently appeared in a viral video following the third ODI against South Africa, in which the star batsman made a hilarious jibe at the pacer.

During the Cuttack T20I, Arshdeep was joined by Bumrah in the 100 T20I wicket club after dismissing Dewald Brevis. After the game, the pacer was asked by the announcers how Bumrah might appear in his renowned Instagram videos.

Arshdeep joked that Bumrah still needs to work on his bowling and take wickets, and then maybe he would allow him in a video.

"Jassi Bhai still needs to take some more wickets to feature on my Instagram. So, if he keeps working on that and keeps taking wickets, he might feature on my Instagram as well," Arshdeep Singh said on JioStar.

Both fast bowlers took two wickets each as India defeated South Africa by 101 runs to take a 1-0 lead in the series.

According to Arshdeep, Bumrah is a kind senior who never treats the juniors harshly. He claimed that because they are both Punjabi, they have a strong bond with one another.

"The relation with him is very nice. I'd say he is a gentle senior. He's never very harsh on any of the youngsters coming in, and he's very polite with them. So, I'd say the relation is very nice, and we are Punjabi as well, so it's really easy to gel with him," said Arshdeep.

Together, Bumrah and Arshdeep have taken 47 wickets in 14 games so far. According to Arshdeep, the reason behind this is that they attempt to attack him since they know Bumrah won't score many runs, which enables him to take wickets.

"It's great to bowl alongside him, because players mostly look to attack my bowling, and I'm always in the game to take some wickets because, even on good balls, they try to hit me for runs because they know, on the other side, Bumrah is not going to give easy runs. So, it's a benefit for me as well, and I love it," said Arshdeep.

The second ODI between India and South Africa will be played on December 11 at the New Chandigarh Stadium.
