Sarfaraz Khan made his India debut in Rajkot in the third Test against England and on day one, showed immense class and promise for future with an amazing knock. He made 62 runs with 9 fours and 1 six before getting run out in a mix-up with Ravindra Jadeja.

He played the spinners and pacers well and counterattacked the England bowlers with ease.

In a video released by the BCCI on their official account, where both brothers were seen talking over the phone via facetime. Musheer Khan recently played for India U19 in the recent Youth World Cup in South Africa, where the Indian team lost to Australia in the final.

"I was playing fine right?" said Sarfaraz. To this, Musheer expressed his delight by saying, "Well played, brother. I thoroughly enjoyed it.”

Sarfaraz also showed his Test cap to his brother and told him that he would also go on to represent India in the future. "You will also represent India in the future," said Sarfaraz.

The Indian batter also revealed that he would closely watch his brother's batting whenever he is struggling a bit as they have the same technique.

"Whenever I struggle a bit with my batting, I look at him as our techniques are the same. It felt really good talking to my brother. Half of my family is here and the other half is in Mumbai,” Sarfaraz said.

Musheer would also reveal to his brother that he was a bit worried when he had top-edged a delivery from Joe Root.

"I was a little bit worried. When you top-edged the sweep from Joe Root. I was watching and when I saw that the ball had gone past the fielder, I knew you were safe," said Musheer.

Sarfaraz said that the enjoyed the surprise call from his brother as it was a memorable day for him.

"It was a pleasant surprise for me. It is a memorable and important day of my life and I thank the almighty for it," said Sarfaraz.
