India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been at the NCA in Bengaluru for the past few days as he recovers from a hamstring injury. He recently played in the first Test of the five-match series against England, which was played in Hyderabad.
In the Hyderabad Test, Jadeja picked 5 wickets in total and made 87 and 2 runs. In the second innings, he was run out for the first time in his Test career and while trying to make his ground, Jadeja injured his left hamstring.
He was ruled out of the second Test match, and he joined the National Cricket Academy for rehab. It remains unclear whether he will play in the third Test match of the series. This match will be played in Jadeja’s hometown on Rajkot from February 15 onwards.
