IND v ENG 2024: Ravindra Jadeja shares update about his recovery from hamstring injury

Jadeja has been in NCA since injuring his hamstring on left leg in 1st IND v ENG Test.

He recently played in the first Test of the five-match series against England, which was played in Hyderabad.

In the Hyderabad Test, Jadeja picked 5 wickets in total and made 87 and 2 runs. In the second innings, he was run out for the first time in his Test career and while trying to make his ground, Jadeja injured his left hamstring.

He was ruled out of the second Test match, and he joined the National Cricket Academy for rehab. It remains unclear whether he will play in the third Test match of the series. This match will be played in Jadeja’s hometown on Rajkot from February 15 onwards.

Jadeja has been sharing photos and videos of his recovery process from the NCA. In the last update, he was seen doing the running drill.

And in the recent most update, Jadeja shared a photo of himself with a double thumbs up, while he gets treatment on his left hamstring. He captioned the photo: “Getting better. #NCA”
