Indian wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant has been the talking point among the fans and pundits since the World Cup. Recently, the left-handed batsman has not been among the runs as he has been inconsistent at the highest level especially in white-ball cricket but this has not affected his fandom.

One such incident happened with the 21-year-old while he was signing autographs at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore ahead of the third T20I against South Africa. Pant had his right-hand taped for some reason as a girl shouted ‘I love you’ at the southpaw.

It took Pant by surprise and the Delhi based batsman blushed, giving away a smile. Later, the girl uploaded the video on Twitter which read, “Atleast @RishabhPant17 knows I love him omg look at how he blushed in the end #RishabhPant”

India are 1-0 up with one more T20I to go, and the Men in Blue will be looking to seal the series by winning the third T20I while the Proteas will be looking to draw the series by winning the match at Bengaluru.

It will be interesting to see the tactics of both teams as they take the field on 22 September (Sunday).
