India captain Virat Kohli was not happy with the third umpire's decision on a close run-out call of England batsman Ben Stokes in the second ODI. It was the 26th over of England's chase when Stokes ran for two runs and got himself in trouble while completing the second run.
The decision was referred to the third umpire and the replay showed there was no bat inside the crease. However, the third umpire felt it was not-out and the decision created controversy.
Kohli was upset with the decision and he tried to explain how it was out to the on-field umpire Nitin Menon. However, Menon was not interested in Kohli's outrage and he simply ignored him which even left the Indian captain laughing.
Before the second ODI, former England cricketer David Lloyd had said Kohli has been disrespecting umpires in ongoing England’s tour of India.

The close run-out call in England's favor hurt India later in the match as Stokes ended up scoring 99 runs off 52 deliveries. Stokes was on 31 runs before that delivery.
England chased down the target of 337 runs in just 43.3 overs with 6 wickets in hand. Jonny Bairstow won the Man of the Match award for his century.
