IND v ENG 2021: Twitterverse applauds KL Rahul's 'KLASSY' fielding effort on boundary

India cricketer KL Rahul was at his best on the field during the first T20I against England on Friday (March 12). He may have failed with the bat, but Rahul gathered praise for his outstanding fielding effort on the boundary.

It was the fifth over of England's innings when Jos Buttler smashed Akshar Patel over his head and the ball was almost sailing for a six. Rahul, at the long-off, gave his 100% to save four runs for India. He caught the ball and was in mid-air while throwing it back inside the ground.

It was impossible to hold on to the ball as Rahul's body was going over the rope. He did the right thing and showed a good presence of mind to pull off one of the finest fielding efforts.
