India’s mercurial wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant became the highlight grabber once again after his amazing reverse ramp/scoop combo shot to England’s Jofra Archer in the ongoing first T20I between India and England at the Motera, Ahmedabad.
England won the toss and fielded first. Jofra Archer made the first breakthrough, getting KL Rahul out for 1, and then Adil Rashid sent back Virat Kohli for a duck. Rishabh Pant came in to bat at no.4 and immediately took on Jofra Archer.
He played an amazing shot to Archer which sailed over the third man for a six. The shot was so astonishing that even Jofra Archer appreciated it after watching the replays.
Not only the fans watching in the stadium and in their homes enjoyed the shot, but the cricket fraternity across the globe was left amazed at the talent of Rishabh Pant, who executed this shot with such ease. They took to Twitter and applauded Pant’s bravery.
