Former English skipper Michael Vaughan took to his Twitter Handle and reacted to Virat Kohli’s comments, where he said that Team India is successful because they don't crib about pitches, and said that he’s pretty sure the Groundsman was sacked after the 1st Test because the pitch was too flat.

The pink-ball Test between India and England at the Narendra Modi Stadium lasted less than two days and for just 842 deliveries, the shortest Test matches since 1935.

As 28 out of the 30 wickets were taken by the spinners the pitch used for the Test match in Ahmedabad has become the center of huge debate with many English pundits expressing their displeasure over the surface.

IND v ENG 2021: We play to win and not to take the game till 5th day, says Virat Kohli ahead of 4th Test

The pitch conditions, which offered turn from the first session itself, have prompted many pundits to call for the International Cricket Council (ICC) to interrupt and rebuke the hosts for such kind of pitches.

While addressing the press conference before the fourth Test match, Virat Kohli lashed out at the critics related to the pitch and said that Team India is successful because they don't crib about pitches.

However, replying to which, former England skipper Michael Vaughan took dig at the Indian skipper over his 'we don't crib about pitches' remark and said that

Pretty sure the Groundsman was sacked after the 1st Test because the pitch was too flat !!!!! Isn’t that cribbing about a pitch ?? #JustAsking?," Michael Vaughan tweeted.
