Former England skipper Michael Vaughan while talking about Team India’s performance in the ongoing second Test match said that Indian skipper Virat Kohli seems to have gotteb that vibe back and England might find it difficult to stop the hosts in the rest of the series.

England cricket team created history as they beat India in the first Test by 227 runs to take a lead in the four-match Test series and put Virat Kohli led Team India under tremendous pressure.

However, in the ongoing second Test match between India and England, hosts on account of Rohit Sharma's masterful 161, heaped a massive 329 runs in the first innings and then R Ashwin’s five-wicket haul helped Team India wrap visitors for just 134 in their first innings.

Batting in the second innings Team India didn’t get off to the best of starts as they found themselves tumbling at 106/6.

However, Indian skipper Virat Kohli and R Ashwin showcased absolute class and batted with explicit footwork on a turning Chepauk track to set a mammoth target of 482 runs for the visitors.

Defending a mammoth target of 482 runs Team India skipper Virat Kohli came out in the field with renewed confidence and looked extremely proactive as a captain as R Ashwin and Akshar Patel combined to take 3 English wickets for 53 runs at stumps on day 3.

Reflecting on Team India’s performance during a conversation with Harsha Bhogle on Cricbuzz Chatter, former England skipper Michael Vaughan said that Team India has got its competitive edge back

"I think what India has found this week, what they didn't have in the first week, is the inner fight. And that inner kind of 'right we need to kind of put our act together. They have got the crowed in,

"Virat has been geeing up the crowd, but India have played the kind of cricket with the mentality...even late on day 3 when Virat Kohli was arguing with the umpire and Ravi Shastri was on the pitch, I don't think that's a great look but I do think that's the Indian team with a kind of competitive edge,” Michael Vaughan said.

Vaughan further said that it be very difficult for Joe Root led side to stop Team India in the rest of the series because Virat Kohli seems to have got his vibe back.

"... it's a juggernaut that's got rolling. That's what I will say, it's the Indian juggernaut that has got rolling and it is going fast. I think it will be very difficult for the England team to stop this juggernaut in the last two games because Virat seems to have got that vibe back," he said.

Team India can't afford to lose another Test in the series as that will mean conceding their spot in the World Test Championship Final and will open up chances for England and Australia.
