England and India are battling in the final Test of the five-match series at KIA Oval. England already has an unassailable lead of 3-1. Joe Root won the toss and chose to bat first on the best batting pitch in the series so far, however England could not capitalize on the fortune after being reduced to 181/7 by the Indian seam attack in tandem with Ravindra Jadeja.
However, the lower order once again proved to be a thorn in India's flesh as Jos Buttler scored 89 and managed to add 151 vital runs for the last three wickets with Adil Rashid, Stuart Broad and James Anderson.
Broad, who was once a more than handy batsman who scored important runs down the order, found some of his old batting form as he plundered 38 runs before Jadeja tempted him into playing a big shot only to see KL Rahul taking an unbelievable catch going backwards.
