In four matches (5 innings), the youngster has already amassed 704 runs at an incredible average of 140.80, which included three centuries and a half-century. He has a high score of 275 this season and has been instrumental in Mumbai reaching the knockouts.

Sarfaraz Khan added 276 runs with Suved Parkar, who scored a double ton on his Ranji Trophy debut. On Tuesday, Sarfaraz Khan was dismissed for 153 off 205 balls, an innings that included 14 fours and four sixes.

Since 2020, Sarfaraz Khan has played 10 Ranji Trophy games, including the ongoing quarterfinal against Uttarakhand, and his record is plain extraordinary.

At the time of writing this piece, Suved Parkar was unbeaten on 203 and Mumbai was on 554/6 un 146 overs.
