Australia Test captain Tim Paine tried bowling during the match between North Hobart and the University of Tasmania in the Cricket Tasmania Premier League match.

Paine not only rolled his arms, he also got a wicket and completed the full 10 overs quota. In fact, he was the second bowler for the University of Tasmania with the new ball.

The 36-year-old ended up with a figure of 1/60 after bowling medium-pace and a bit of off-spin too. His only wicket came from off-break as he got rid of North Hobart batsman Thomas Rogers.

Paine was recently in action on the International stage against India in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2021. The Aussie skipper had a forgetful outing as his side lost the series 2-1 at home. With the bat, he could only get a couple of half-centuries in the four-match Test series.
