Former India cricketer Suresh Raina is one of the finest fielders to play for the country. He is not only athletic but also very smart on the field. An example of his game awareness was on display during Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy.
Playing for Uttar Pradesh, Raina pulled off a run-out off his own bowling on the non-striker end. Tripura's captain Manisankar Murasingh was the victim of Raina's outstanding run-out.
It was the 16th over of the match when Milind Kumar hit one straight back to the bowler, Raina. He collected the ball in his follow-through and didn't waste time to pull off a 'no look' run-out similar to MS Dhoni.
This wasn't the first time he did something like this. Even during the World Cup 2016 match against New Zealand, Raina had run Ross Taylor out in a similar way.
Talking about the match, Uttar Pradesh beat Tripura by 9 wickets after chasing down 123 in 13.1 overs. Raina scored unbeaten 36 runs in the chase off 23 deliveries.
