Mohammad Nabi re-signs with Melbourne Renegades for upcoming BBL 10

Nabi will join the Renegades after his ongoing IPL 2020 stint with SRH.

Afghanistan all-rounder Mohammad Nabi is all set to return to Melbourne Renegades for his fourth stint after resigning with the Melbourne-based outfit for the upcoming tenth edition of the Big Bash League (BBL) 2020-2021 on Wednesday (October 21).

Nabi will travel to Australia to join the Melbourne-based franchise after his ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 stint with Sunrisers Hyderabad in the UAE.

In the previous three BBL seasons, the currently no.1-ranked T20I all-rounder has played 27 games for Renegades, averaging 30 with a strike-rate of 131 along with 21 wickets with the ball.

Nabi said on his latest signing with Melbourne: “I have always enjoyed my time with the Renegades and testing myself against some of the best T20 players in the world in the Big Bash. I'm very pleased to have re-signed for a fourth season.”

Renegades Coach Michael Klinger said of Nabi: “Nabi's versatility makes him a very valuable member of our team. He can bat and bowl in a number of different situations and he reads the game so well," Renegades coach Michael Klinger said. We'll again be looking for Nabi to play a key role in our middle order and he'll be called upon to bowl some important overs.”
