Jamaica Tallawahs' explosive batsman Andre Russell escaped a dismissal after bails didn't fall despite clipping the off-stump. The bowler, Barbados Tridents' leggie Rashid Khan was left surprised after seeing the bails unmoved during the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2020 clash.

The lights did turn on after the ball touched the off-stump, but as per the rule, bails need to fall for a batsman to be given out. Russell teased Rashid in a friendly manner by imitating his celebration.

The Afghanistan spinner was helplessly watching Russell making fun of him. He even tried to kick him, but in the end, they gave each other a fist bump after the friendly banter on the field.

It was Tridents who won the match by seven wickets as they chased down the 162-run target comfortably with 10 balls left. 

Both, Rashid and Russell will be seen going against each other in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. Rashid plays for Sunrisers Hyderabad and Russell is a part of the Kolkata Knight Riders franchise.
