The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) have on Tuesday (February 25) named an unchanged squad for their Ranji Trophy 2019-20 semi-final encounter against Karnataka to be played at the Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata from February 29.
Akash Deep, who had to miss the team’s quarter-final fixture against Odisha due to a niggle, has returned to the Bengal squad and he is likely to feature in playing XI against Karnataka.

The two-time former Ranji Trophy champions Bengal qualified for the Ranji Trophy semi-final by virtue of their first-innings lead over Odisha in the quarter-final clash in Cuttack.
Meanwhile, CAB President Avishek Dalmiya urged first and second division clubs, district teams, and school-level cricketers to come and support Bengal in their Ranji Trophy semi-final clash against Karnataka, who bolstered by the return of India opener KL Rahul.
Dalmiya said, “We have urged the first and second division clubs to send their players to watch the match. We have also asked the district teams to send the players as also school level cricketers and coaching centers affiliated with us. We want everyone to come and support our team.”
Noteworthy, Gujarat, Bengal, Karnataka, and Saurashtra have finished on top of the Groups A and B table to qualify for the Ranji Trophy semi-finals after winning their respective quarter-final matches.
