Mithun, who has played for India as well, achieved the feat in the 20th and last over of Haryana innings. Haryana started the over on 192/4 when Mithun destroyed them as the batsmen went for runs. He picked wickets of Himanshu Rana, Rahul Tewatia, Sumit Kumar, and Amit Mishra to complete his record four wickets in four balls. He then bowled a wide and gave away one run, before picking the wicket of Jayant Yadav on the last ball to complete his five wickets in an over and created a unique record.
