They are natural, People would often make fun of me in school and there was a time when I made it a point to wear cap every time I stepped out. This was an attempt to hide my hair,"

"Sab bolte the, woh dekho Bob Marley jaa raha hai. (Everyone would say, look, that’s Bob Marley). But I had no clue who he was. So, one day, I searched on the Internet and came to know to about him, But I must admit that after seeing his braids, my fears were gone," he added.

Doria, who is currently busy playing the Vijay Hazare Trophy, says he wants to focus on the game and play for as long as he can.

“I have always admired Sachin Tendulkar and his principles. I had to leave dance because I would not have been able to play cricket otherwise,” he said and added on his story, “My elder brother would play cricket in the basti and after watching him play, I also started taking the game seriously. That’s how it all started”.

The dream and ambition is clear as well and he says, “I do not want to be popular but I just want to play cricket for the state. Maybe my journey will help more youngsters take the sport seriously,”

With will and determination, there is nothing stopping the "Bob Marley" of Indian Cricket from excelling.
