In the eighteenth match of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, India will take on New Zealand at Trent Bridge in Nottingham today. India has two wins from two matches while New Zealand has three wins from three matches.

Team India has had a great start of their CWC 2019 campaign and will look to maintain their momentum against New Zealand as well. In the first two matches, they played as a collective unit. Both openers have got one hundred each, captain Virat Kohli scored in the 80s, Hardik Pandya and MS Dhoni fired with good cameos. In the bowling, Jasprit Bumrah and Yuzvendra Chahal have been excellent and Bhuvneshwar Kumar too has done well and only Kuldeep Yadav had an off day. Though the injury to Shikhar Dhawan is a setback they have good enough players to replace him.

On the other hand, New Zealand too has had a great start with three wins from three matches but two of the matches were against weak teams and India match will be a real test for them. New Zealand bowlers Trent Boult, Lockie Ferguson, Matt Henry, and James Neesham are in great form and will look to create problems for Indian batsmen with their pace and bounce. In the batting Martin Guptill, Colin Munro, Kane Williamson, and Ross Taylor all have got the fifties but they haven't been tested yet against a good bowling line up. Overall it should be a good contest between two good sides.
