Indian batting stalwart Virat Kohli was spotted strolling with his actor-wife Anushka Sharma in Melbourne city, and the video of the moment has gone viral on social media.

Kohli is currently touring Australia with the Indian team for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, currently tied at 1-1 after three Tests. The fourth and penultimate Test is slated to get underway on December 26 at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground.

The star batter is accompanied by his wife Anushka on the tour Down Under. She was present in the stands when Kohli notched up his 30th Test hundred (100*) in the series opener against Australia at Perth.

After his hundred, Kohli highlighted how Anushka's constant support helped him tide over tough times.

"The fact that she is here makes it even more special for me," Kohli had said. "Yeah, Anushka has been right by my side through thick and thin. So she knows everything that goes on behind the scenes, what goes on in the head when you don’t play as well or make a few mistakes."

He added: "I just want to contribute to the team’s cause; I am not a guy who wants to hang around just for the sake of it."

Apart from his second innings hundred at Perth, Virat Kohli has registered paltry scores of 5, 7, 11 and 3 in the BGT so far.

The age-old problem of fishing outside the off stump has led to Kohli’s downfall. The likes of Josh Hazlewood, Mitchell Starc and Scott Boland have exposed his weakness.

With the five-match series currently tied at 1-1, Virat Kohli would be keen to step up in the Boxing Day Test at the MCG.
