Very few would have believed that a second-string Indian side could topple the Australians at their most favorite Test ground, The Gabba in Brisbane, even after the fourth day of the final Test match. However, Team India managed to pull off a brave victory which was inspired by the fearless mindset of the youngsters coming around.

Among the newcomers for the final Test match was Mumbai's Shardul Thakur, who had played just one Test previously, bowling only 1.4 overs and then got injured. After coming into the Test almost as a debutant, Thakur picked 7 wickets in the match and scored a crucial 67 in the first innings to take India close to Australia's first innings total.

AUS v IND 2020-21: "This series is a massive success in my books," Wasim Jaffer in his latest message to Team India

After the match, Shardul Thakur posted pictures of the celebrations on his Instagram account with the caption, "What a team what a camaraderie beating Aussies in their so-called den Gabba to clinch the series 2-1. History created. Proud to be a part of the Indian team. May our tricolor always fly high"

Former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer pointed out how Thakur's caption reflected Team India's fearless mindset by calling the now conquered Gabba as Australia's 'so-called den'.

Jaffer tweeted, "Nothing encapsulates the fearless mindset of this Indian team than Shardul calling Gabba as "Their so called den" Wonder if Aussies wanted to play in Perth too #AUSvsIND"
