Australia batsman Marnus Labuschagne is called the 'twin' of Steve Smith because of his identical batting style. The two gel up well as batting partners and also share a good bonding off the field.

Aussie cricketers talked about the bromance of Smith and Labuschagne in a segment with 7Cricket. While Pat Cummins confirmed they have a very good relationship, Nathan Lyon revealed the two shadow bat next to each other.

“Can absolutely confirm the bromance”, said Cummins and Lyon added, “Smith and Marnus obviously have a bromance. But everyone thinks it's Marnus who loves Smith, but I’m actually going the other way. I think Smith loves Marnus a lot more. It’s pretty weird how they shadow bat next to each other in the hotel rooms."

Senior Australia batsman David Warner said he's glad the duo found each other while calling the relationship a 'weird dynamic'. “I can absolutely confirm the bromance between Marnus and Smith. It’s a weird dynamic, I’m glad they found each other. You’ll see them go for coffee and get their salad bowls,” said Warner.

Smith himself opened up on the bromance in the video. He said they love talking about the game and have common interests too. “I don’t know if it’s a bromance between me and Marnus. We do get on well and love talking about the game.

“We think about the game fairly similarly. We share a common interest with coffee making and latte art,” Smith said.
