India ended day two of the ongoing Boxing Day Test match being on top of Australia. Skipper Ajinkya Rahane scored an unbeaten hundred while piling up a partnership of 104* runs for the sixth wicket with Ravindra Jadeja.

Former India cricketer Wasim Jaffer posted a summary of the second day's play on Twitter through a meme. He shared a picture of a guy punching a Kangaroo, which was a jibe at Australia.

The visitors are in a comfortable position with a lead of 82 runs and a score of 277/5 at the stumps of the second day. Jadeja has also got 40* runs after facing 104 deliveries.

India looked in trouble after losing the wicket of Hanuma Vihari at 116. But Rishabh Pant's 40-ball 29 runs provided momentum to the innings which was carried by Rahane and Jadeja in the third session.
