Indian acting legend Amitabh Bachchan has high hopes from the Indian cricket team to make a comeback in the remaining Test matches of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Team India were crushed by Australia in the first Test at Adelaide.
The Virat Kohli-led side was doing good before the first session of day three. They had taken a lead of 62 runs with 9 wickets in hand at the end of day two. The Australia quicks Josh Hazlewood, and Pat Cummins picked up eight wickets on the third day to leave India struggling with just 36 runs on the board.

They chased down 90 runs with 8 wickets in hand and took a 1-0 lead in the series. India had a good opportunity to start the series on a good note. But now with Kohli heading back home, things aren't looking good for team India.
Bachchan took to Twitter to fill some hope in the fans and wrote team India will respond to setbacks with a comeback. "T 3758 - Ind v Aust 1st test .. !! Don't worry Team India .. just a bad day .. we shall get back .. we all have bad days .. BUT .. Set Back ka jawab Comeback se denge !!", the tweet read.
Pacer Mohammad Shami has also been reportedly ruled out of the remaining matches because of a fractured hand. India is already missing Ishant Sharma because of injury.
