Former Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi lauded Australian fast bowlers for bundling out India on 36 runs. Afridi posted a tweet after the match and said he enjoyed top-quality Test match bowling after a long time.

India was bowled out on their lowest-ever Test score in the first Test against Australia. Their previous lowest score was 42 which came in 1974 at Lord's. However, Afridi feels India has the potential to fight back but it looks like an uphill task from here in absence of Virat Kohli.

“Brilliant display by Cummins and Hazelwood today, really enjoyed top-quality Test match fast bowling after a long time. Indian batting is still capable of fighting back but it will be now tougher without Kohli,” he tweeted.

India lost the match by 8 wickets after being in a good position after the first innings. At one stage, it felt like they are favorites to go 1-0 up in the series. But the first session on day three changed the match completely.

Josh Hazlewood bagged a fifer and he was accompanied by Pat Cummins who picked up four wickets to put India under pressure.
